Shipping Policy

 

Sonic I.T. Communications Inc. shipping and handling costs are based on:
– the quantity, weight, and size of the items you order.
– your location
– the shipping speed.

 

 

Returns

 

Before returning any items to Sonic I.T. Communications Inc., you must obtain a valid RMA number.
Please contact us for return authorization for orders placed through Sonicit.ca.

The following items are non-returnable under any condition once opened, and carry only the manufacturer’s warranty:

  • Toners
  • Inks
  • Ribbons

 

Requests for a return for refund must be received by Sonic I.T. Communications Inc. within 15 days of a completed delivery.
Returned materials must be received by Sonic I.T. Communications Inc. within 14 days of the issue of a valid RMA number.

 

You are responsible for the cost of returned shipping plus any insurance unless the item is defective.

 

In the event that a product is defective, Sonic I.T. Communications Inc. will provide a pre-paid waybill for return of the product. The returned product will be tested by the manufacturer, and once defective state has been confirmed a replacement will be shipped to you. In the event a replacement is not available, the order will be refunded. If the returned item is found to not be defective and in working order, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the final refund.

 

Returns *must* be in the original undamaged packaging. Items that are improperly shipped resulting in damage may be refused or subject to additional restocking fees.

 

Sonic I.T. Communications Inc. considers the following to be damaged product packaging:

 

  • Punctures or tears of exterior packaging
  • Damage to or removal of UPC
  • Any sign of tampering to the packaging
